This entity contains functionality or behaviour not seen in its Half-Life implementation(s).

Implementation of info_player_start as seen in Half-Life and Quake.

This entity dictates where player character will spawn in the level. Loading a level without info_player_start will cause DUSK to be in a loading loop, since it will fail to spawn the player character.

Team Fortress Classic entity info_player_teamspawn functions identically to info_player_start in DUSK.

It is advised to put info_player_start slightly above the ground to prevent player from getting stuck.


angles (Pitch, Yaw, Roll)[edit]

Direction in which player will be facing upon spawn.
